Choe Yeong (Hanja: 崔瑩, Hangul: 최영, Revised Romanization: Choe Yeong, McCune–Reischauer: Ch'oe Yŏng, 1316 – 1388), was a Korean general born in Hongseong County or Cheorwon in the Kingdom of Goryeo (present-day Korea).
