For me Louis makes the best team with Thunder Peterson as you get insane healing and insane AoE damage as well as rage regeneration that will make it hard for any opponent to garrison them. Tom is a great match with Thunder Peterson as he increases the healing which helps him keep things stable and they can hold things in garrison until reinforcements arrive. Eddie also goes great with Thunder Peterson as he increases the damage you deal and you slowly and steadily melt opponents while staying alive with the healing. Jacob is a ranger but in garrison alongside Thunder Peterson dealing a lot of damage while you also have decent healing. Raigoro is a solid match but not perfect. You'll have infantry synergy, which is great, but the entire skill set works in very different directions so they barely support each other despite using the same army and some common branches in the talent tree.

This is the talent build you want to use with him to do whatever you want outside of garrison where you have good defense and some damage too and I highly recommend going into the Defense Tree first getting that extra sweet rage makes a huge difference until filling up the Infantry Tree.
This is my variation on his best garrison talent build, slightly different from what the game suggests as I feel the static suggestions you get there don't really hit the mark all the time and some of the points are spent the way you see here. Also here, use the extra rage in the Defense Tree before anything else and you should be able to hold things off until reinforcements arrive.[/tintuc]
