Scipio Aemilianus Review
In Rise of Kingdoms, Scipio Aemilianus is a legendary infantry commander. He has the Infantry, Conquest, and Punishment talent trees.
Scipio Aemilianus is one of the strongest rally commanders in Rise of Kingdoms. And it will be the latest meta that will last a long time.
But you are not a boss, do not hold keg rally, just a F2p player, then you should not invest in this general. Or you only take it if you have William Wallace or Liu Che, because these commanders have punishing damage, you can hit OP.
He's for open battlefields, but he's also great for rallying, so you get double the value. If you're an infantry-focused player, he's especially worth having. Overall, William Wallace is very strong, so we'll definitely see high-level players using him in AOO and KVK.
