In my humble opinion, Ffraegar is the absolute best synergy for Theia because you can leverage Ffraegar's long-range attack mechanics while Theia adds massive sustainability to Ffraegar's heavy-damage kit.
Forondil also works extremely well with Theia as you can capitalize on their flying capabilities. The synergy is strong, and open-field marches greatly benefit from the survivability that Theia provides.
Atheus is another flying unit hero you can pair effectively with Theia and flying units if your faction is League of Order, thanks to their strong special flying abilities. With the support build below, you get a potent pair as Atheus helps generate rage consistently. I recommend using Theia as the primary hero unless your Atheus is higher leveled.
Kregg is another flying hero in the game featuring great cross-synergy and mutual support. They form a mutually beneficial pair; you should use Kregg as the primary hero unless you have upgraded Theia higher. It is recommended to choose Wilderburg to utilize special flying units.
Madeline makes for an extremely tanky legion with Theia, especially since Madeline can trigger the buffs from Theia's passive skill, which activates every time the legion gains a shield. However, this pairing is not meant for casual players.
