A dashing diviner who can see the truth hidden in hexagrams and people's hearts. This strange man appeared in Chang'an one day and made it his home. To the people there, he is known only as the Peony Diviner. They do not know where he came from, but he has the ability to predict the future with incredible accuracy—even the Empress herself has solicited his services. However, talent doesn't necessarily make life in Chang'an easy. A certain judge has been amongst the most suspicious of Ming's motives. Ming's response to all such suspicions is a smile, hidden under which is his true intention: to take back the Great Wall.

Skills and Abilities

Every 5 seconds, the next general attack is strengthened to magic damage, causing an additional 70~140 (+20% magic attack) magic damage, and stimulating blood balls from the enemy to restore 225~450 (+40% magic attack) health for yourself and the teammates connected to the magic weapon, and an additional 4% of the extra health value points.
If you hit an enemy that is not a hero unit, you will only get 50% of the recovery.

Ming throws a magic weapon to connect with teammates. If it misses, it will automatically search for friendly heroes within the range to connect with, increasing their main attack attribute by 20/24/28/32/36/40 (+10% magic attack) and attack speed by 10/12/14/16/18/20%.
Enemies touching the chain will receive 25/30/35/40/45/50 (+25% magic attack) magic damage every 0.5 seconds.
Passive: Increases self-physical attack by 30/36/42/48/54/60, magic attack by 75/90/105/120/135/150 and movement speed by 7.5/9/10.5/12/13.5/15%.

Ming throws a magic weapon to connect to the enemy. If it misses, it will automatically search for enemy heroes in range to connect, reducing their physical and magic defense by 10/12/14/16/18/20%.
Enemies touching the chain will receive 25/30/35/40/45/50 (+25% magic attack) magic damage every 0.5 seconds.
Passive: Increases physical and magic defense by 15/18/21/24/27/30%.
Enemies connected by the soul chain will be exposed.

After Ming chants briefly, he deals true damage to the enemy connected to the weapon and restores his teammates.
If the weapon is connected to one target, Ming consumes 600/900/1200 (+125% of spell attack) of his own life to deal the same amount of true damage to the enemy connected to the weapon, or restores the same amount of life to the teammates connected to the weapon.
If the weapon is connected to two targets, Ming Shiyin extracts 600/900/1200 (+125% of spell attack) of life from the enemy and injects it into the teammates.
If all the targets connected to the weapon die during the chant, 70% of the cooldown time will be returned. Ming consumed life will slowly recover within 5 seconds.
