Xuance hates being abandoned. Once, he was left behind by his brother Shouyue, who had to defend the city against invading bandits. The second time was by his master, Prince of Lanling, though it was done so Xuance could eventually reunite with his brother. Lanling taught him to stalk the shadows, master the hooked sickle, and execute targets with ruthless precision. Innocent yet cruel, Xuance relies on no one—except his lost brother.

Honor of Kings Bai Xuance Passive Skill - Frenzy Prologue

Xuance attacks with a chained sickle. Striking distant enemies deals additional physical damage equal to 25% of his physical attack, reduces the target's movement speed by 15%, and increases his own movement speed by 15% for 0.75 to 1.5 seconds.

Honor of Kings Bai Xuance Skill 1 - Divine Hook

Xuance dashes in a designated direction and empowers his next basic attack to deal bonus physical damage equal to 4% of the target's maximum health (+0.05% per 10 extra physical attack). If an enemy is currently hooked, charging pulls the target forward a short distance.
Upgrading Divine Hook passively increases the movement speed slow and bonus effects of [Frenzy Prologue] by 15/18/21/24/27/30%.

Xuance charges his hook, gaining 30% movement speed and increasing hook range. Upon release, he hurls the hook to deal 300/360/420/480/540/600 (+140% extra physical attack) physical damage and briefly immobilizes hit enemies. The hook latches onto the first target hit, marking them as prey.
Xuance deals 10/12/14/16/18/20% increased damage to the marked target while reducing their damage against him by 15/18/21/24/27/30%.
