Hermann History:
Arminius, known by his German name Hermann, was a leader of the Germanic Cherusci tribe who famously led an allied coalition of Germanic tribes to a decisive victory over three Roman legions at the Battle of the Teutoburg Forest in 9 AD. As an aide-de-camp to the Roman general Publius Quinctilius Varus, Arminius used his knowledge of Roman tactics to ambush and destroy the legions.
The defeat at Teutoburg would result in a permanent strategic retreat of the Roman Empire from Magna Germania, and no further concerted Roman efforts to conquer and hold Germania beyond the Rhine would be made. Modern historians have regarded Arminius' victory as "Roman's greatest defeat" and one of the most decisive battles in history.
Hermann Review:
Hermann's active skill deals one of the highest single target damage (1150 when Specialized) among all Epic commanders in Rise of Kingdoms. It also reduces the target's rage by 100 and silences the target for 2 seconds.
As an Epic Commander, he is easy to upgrade (using Epic Commander Sculptures) and Expertise, allowing even free-to-play players to enjoy his abilities.
