Wielding the ancient power of the Fire Serpent, she returns to cleanse Rainbow Bay of evil and restore her people's legacy to its rightful glory.

The Fire Serpent Messenger
(Passive)Luara's Snake Flame activates a Ring, unleashing extra strikes on nearby targets. Reaching 50% Critical Rate or 120% Attack Speed upgrades the Ring once, granting an additional 30% Attack Speed.
Securing a kill or assist activates an extra Ring and increases her Movement Speed by 50% for 1s. Rings trigger 10% on-hit attack effects, grant target vision, last 6s, and up to 2 Rings can exist simultaneously.
Deadly Fangs
Cooldown: 10sLuara gains a 90% decaying Movement Speed boost for several seconds and activates a Ring to repeatedly slash targets with basic attacks. Each slash deals 75/90/105/120/135/150 (+6% Physical Attack) Physical Damage for 6s.
During this active state, Luara can quickly traverse through a wall once.
The Unexpected Snake Kiss
Cooldown: 9sAfter a short delay, a snake fireball rushes toward Luara, dealing 300/360/420/480/540/600 (+60% Physical Attack) Magic Damage and slowing hit enemies by 25% for 2s.
If a Ring is active, enemies hit take extra slashes; if no Ring is active, 50% of the cooldown is refunded. Higher Attack Speed reduces skill cast time.
Blinding Light
Cooldown: 50sSummons snake fire forward, dealing 400/600/800 (+80% Physical Attack) Magic Damage and blinding enemies ahead for 2s. Blinded enemies have their basic attacks and projectile skill streams randomly stray off target.
Luara activates a Ring for 6s and gains Rage upon attacking or receiving damage. At maximum Rage, snake fire strikes attackers with a fire rain dealing 200/300/400 (+40% Physical Attack) Magic Damage and knocking them up for 0.5s.
