The merfolk have guarded the ocean with their songs for millennia. Born deep below the waves with noble enforcer lineage, Dolia possessed an enchanting voice praised by her people. While exploring sunken shipwrecks, her singing helped a lost human boy named Heino, binding her fate to his and opening a new chapter beyond the sea.
Skills and Abilities
Mermaid's Gift
(Passive)Dolia transforms into a mermaid in water (including the river channel), gaining 50% slow resistance while restoring 70 HP and 5 Mana per second. In water, her basic attacks fire water arrows that deal area damage.
Her Restore spell is replaced by Mermaid's Gift, allowing her to forge a pact with a selected ally. Her Ultimate will prioritize this contracted teammate.
Ode to Waves
Cooldown: 12sChants 4 sound waves spreading outward. The first 3 waves deal 125/150/175/200/225/250 (+16% Magical Attack) Magic Damage and slow targets by 10%. The 4th wave deals 250/300/350/400/450/500 (+35% Magical Attack) Magic Damage and slows targets by 50% for 1s.
Hitting enemies creates echo waves that deal 150/180/210/240/270/300 (+16% Magical Attack) Magic Damage to nearby targets. When cast in water, it creates knockback water waves (stunning enemies hit close to Dolia). Non-hero targets generate smaller echoes dealing 50% damage.
Waves of Leap
Cooldown: 12sLeaps forward and transforms into a mermaid. Landing on land creates a temporary pool of water while restoring 300/360/420/480/540/600 (+40% Magical Attack) HP to nearby allies. Teammates inside the water recover HP and Mana just like Dolia.
Casting or landing directly inside water refunds 30% of this skill's cooldown. Created water pools disappear 4 seconds after Dolia leaves them.
Celestial Tune
Cooldown: 10/9/8s (+120% Target Skill Cooldown)After a short chant, refreshes the skill currently on the longest cooldown for a nearby ally, taking on 10/9/8s (+120% of that skill's cooldown) as her own cooldown.
If the refreshed skill isn't used, Dolia's Ultimate recovery speeds up by 20/30/40%. Allies consume no Mana/Energy when using refreshed skills within 5s, and kill gold rewards from that skill are shared with Dolia. Prioritizes contracted allies, then non-contracted allies, and lastly Dolia herself. Failed refreshes refund most of the cooldown.

- Water-Knockback Combo (Skill 2 -> Skill 1): Jump into fight zones using Skill 2 to create a water pool, then immediately trigger Skill 1. Casting Skill 1 in water enhances the sound waves to consistently knock back and stun surrounding enemies.
- Maximize Cooldown High-Value Resets: Pair with allies possessing game-changing ultimates (such as Lu Bu or Heino). Coordinate via voice or ping to refresh their key ultimate as soon as they finish casting it in team fights.
- River Zone Advantage: Fight around river lanes whenever possible to leverage her passive HP/Mana regeneration, slow immunity, and enhanced basic attack projectiles.
