The merfolk have been using their songs to guard the ocean and maintain peace within the waters for millennia. The young mermaid Dolia was born deep below the waves, and she possesses enforcer ancestry. Ever since she was a child, she has had an enchanting singing voice, and her people believed that she had great potential.
While searching for treasures in shipwrecks, she used her mermaid's song to help a human boy, Heino, who had been lost at sea. With that, she gained a "secret" human friend, and her fate became inextricably tied to Navenia's. However, the choices and bonds thrust upon them would put an abrupt end to their story...
while also opening up a new chapter.

Skills and Abilities

Dolia will transform into a mermaid in water (rivers are also considered water), reducing the slowdown effect by 50%, and recovering 70 health and 5 mana per second. The mermaid's normal attack will shoot water arrows, causing area damage.
Doria's [Recovery] will be replaced by [Gift of Mermaid], and she can establish a contract with the selected teammates. When using [Sound of Nature], she will give priority to contracted teammates.

The 4 sound waves Dolia chants spread outwards. The first 3 waves deal 125/150/175/200/225/250 (+16% of spell attack) spell damage and slow down by 10%. The 4th wave deals 250/300/350/400/450/500 (+35% of spell attack) spell damage and slows down by 50% for 1 second.
When the sound waves hit an enemy, they will also cause an echo, dealing 150/180/210/240/270/300 (+16% of spell attack) spell damage to the enemies they touch. If released in water, they will also cause water waves to repel nearby enemies (the repel of enemies around the unit will also have a stun effect).
The echo range of non-hero units is smaller, dealing only 50% damage.

Dolia leaps forward into the air and transforms into a mermaid. If she lands on the ground, she will create a body of water. When she lands, she will restore 300/360/420/480/540/600 (+40% of spell attack) health points to nearby friendly heroes. Teammates can restore health and mana in the water just like Dolia.
If she is released in the water or jumps into the water, 30% of the cooldown time will be returned.
The water disappears 4 seconds after Doria leaves the water she created.

After a short chant, Doria refreshes the skill with the longest cooldown of a friendly unit in range, and she will bear 10/9/8 (+120% of the current skill cooldown) of the cooldown.
If a teammate's skill is refreshed but not used, the cooldown recovery speed of [Heavenly Sound] can be accelerated by 20/30/40%. Teammates do not consume energy if they use the skill within 5 seconds after refreshing the skill, and the defeat benefit caused by the skill will be shared equally with Dolia.
Prioritize refreshing skills for contracted teammates, followed by non-contracted teammates. If there are no teammates nearby, refresh your own skills. If the skill refresh fails, most of the cooldown of [Heavenly Sound] will be returned.
