General Rules for Triggering Encounters
- Except for certain special Encounters, a maximum of 2 pending Encounters can be active at the same time.
- If you arrive near the quest location but fail to meet requirements such as time or weather, it will be considered a failed trigger, and the quest will enter a 30-minute real-time cooldown.
- Some Encounters trigger based on probability. If you meet all requirements but the quest doesn't appear, you can return and try again later.
