To restore order, Cao Cao believes he must fight fire with fire—even if history paints him as a villain. To him, humanity is merely pawns on a chessboard, and his formidable greatsword is destined to be stained with the blood of anyone who stands in his path.

Cao Cao can store up to 5 stacks of enhanced basic attacks for continuous burst damage.
Blade of Domination
Cooldown: 10sCao Cao executes a dashing slash, dealing 300/360/420/480/540/600 (+85% Extra Physical Attack) Physical Damage to enemies along his path.
This skill can be activated up to 3 times sequentially. For each uncast charge, the remaining cooldown is reduced by 35%. The third slash knocks up enemies for 0.5 seconds.

Cooldown: 9sCao Cao unleashes a powerful sword wave, dealing 350/420/490/560/630/700 (+130% Physical Attack) Physical Damage to enemies hit and slowing them by 25/30/35/40/45/50% for 2 seconds.
Hitting enemy heroes restores 150/180/210/240/270/300 (+8% Extra Health) HP (non-hero units yield half healing).
Passive: Basic attacks reduce the cooldown of this skill by 0.5 seconds per hit.
Bloodthirster
Cooldown: 40/35/30sCao Cao empowers his greatsword with bloodlust, immediately cleansing all control effects and recovering 18% of lost Health while gaining 100/150/200 Physical Attack and 10/15/20% Resilience for 8 seconds. Upon activation, it deals 400/600/800 (+120% Extra Physical Attack) Physical Damage to surrounding enemies.
During this state, every basic attack or skill hit restores 150/225/300 (+8% Extra Health) HP.

- Laning & Harass Strategy: Cao Cao uses no Mana or Energy. Use Skill 2 to poke enemies and slow them down from range. Once they drop into lethal HP range, close the gap with Skill 1 slashes and enhanced basic attacks to secure the kill.
- Teamfight Execution: Look for opportunities to dive straight into the enemy backline to target squishy Marksmen and Mages. Activate your Ultimate (Skill 3) as soon as crowd control lands to cleanse CC and regain massive Lifesteal and Resilience, allowing you to sustain through heavy focus fire.
- Basic Attack Weaving: Always weave basic attacks between skill activations to maximize the passive Attack Speed and range bonus while refreshing Skill 2's cooldown faster.
